It turned out that I didn`t need a replacement until March 2013. The Gentleman Who dealt with my inquiry was very polite and helpful. Although I found the cost of the replacement was a lot more than my last one, It was 4 years ago and its not only my pension that I should expect to go up.I will certainly consider using you next year when it is due. Thank you.

my mercedes was diagnosed with lambda senser problem, however a1 diagnosed a differant problem in the exhaust system which was setting the lambda sensor off. bril; service , very polite. and would use this garage again without hestitation.

A really nice chap called Richie phoned within 30 seconds of me listing my problems. After a discussion of the problems my car was picked up the following day (Tues)& taken to their garage. Later the same day I got a call to say it was up & running, however it had more problems than I realised.
I was kept fully informed of the progress & costs.
For an old (1996) car they fully understood my reasons for spending what seemed to be an uneconomical amount but for a runaround cheap on fuel with the currant petrol prices I will reap benefits in the coming months.
My car was ready by Sat am, Mot`d, serviced, cleaned, sitting on new rubber, with new brakes, back box, battery, and a new starter.
The service was top class, polite, very friendly, efficient, professional with the back up of Bosch.
I would without hesitation recommend A1 diagnostics an will use them for our 2 other cars
